    Bill Swanston

    Almost an Atlanta native, Bill left to become Associate Creative Director at some of the best of the big agencies – BBDO/NY, Saatchi and Saatchi, Doner, Hill Holliday – before returning home to found our agency with Scott in 1999.  Bill’s creative credentials include work that has been recognized in most every advertising award show including Cannes, One Show, Addy’s, Communication Arts, Hatch, Obies and Tellies.

    Scott Frederick

    An art director by training, Scott spent the first ten years of his advertising career in the Midwest at agencies Lawler Ballard, Northlich, DDB and Wolf, and Blumberg & Krody, where he was Creative Director.  He also served as Creative Director at agencies Fahlgren/Atlanta and Henderson Advertising in Greenville, SC.  Scott has been responsible for internationally award-winning campaigns for Michelin, Spray ‘n Wash, Pringles and Fantastic.

    Dean Lukehart

    Dean began his career in account management at J. Walter Thompson, where he helped win a National Effie and Georgia Campaign of the Year awards from the American Marketing Association.  He later served as Account Director and Director of Marketing/Brand Planning at Austin Kelley Advertising, an Interpublic agency.  Dean also headed the B2B/Consumer business unit for Grizzard, one of the nation’s largest direct/database marketing agencies.

    Rick Ender

    Rick has held creative leadership roles at major national agencies (BBDO, Hill Holiday, McCann Worldwide and Arnold) and in the 1990’s founded Ender Partners Atlanta.  An accomplished strategist and creative director, Rick has been recognized as Atlanta Creative Director of the Year by Atlanta Business Chronicle, and as Southeast Television Copywriter of the Year by AdWeek in addition to winning in virtually every advertising award competition.
