How Internet Advertising is EXPLODING in 2013!

The Interactive Advertising Bureau – based on their quarterly study – reported that Internet advertising hit a record $36.6 billion in total for 2012. That’s an increase of about 15% from 2011.About 50% of that increase came in the search category. Those are ads sold by Google and other Internet providers.  The fastest growing category with revenue of $3.4 billion was mobile which had more than a 111% increase from the prior year.

All this amazing news was reported in a postage stamp sized article in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

You gotta be wondering “When and why will these internet advertising trends level off?”

And if you’re interested at all in marketing and advertising, you’ve got to be asking. “What’s next and how do we prepare for these sky rocketing new developments – like mobile advertising?”
