The Ignition Process
Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates first approached FredSwan in a bit of a panic. Their site was at risk for a breach. Never mind the fact that the user experience was subpar and the backend was a mess, they needed assurances that we could launch a secure site in under a month.
In tandem with the digital team’s efforts to develop a plan to secure the site, we worked to establish a brand platform that would appeal to a wide variety of audiences with very different needs. The messaging strategy focused on the brand pillars of extreme convenience, unrivalled compassion and laser-focused expertise.
Taking an agile approach to development, we designed and developed the essential framework of the site in under 30 days. With the promise we could go live at any moment, we delivered a full site of over 200 pages of content in just three months.
Most importantly, we tightened site security, greatly mitigating the risk of a security breach. Implementing best practices for SEO as well as an analytics dashboard for real-time reporting, overall traffic to the new site has increased 12% in just three months since launch.
