I love this commercial. The guy’s reaction is just perfect along with the complete awkwardness as the advert ends. Nothing means zero and nothing is the absence of something… well duh. There were so many ways to show that this service is free but this is the best and most confusing way to explain this. My only problem is that since he is so wordy and confusing it makes it out like the service may have hidden fees and ends up being a scam, but the guy studying clears that up in the end. Two thumbs up for this one.
I found this ad pretty entertaining, but I was focused more on the humor than the actual message. It would have been more effective had they conveyed how easy it is for people to do their taxes using TurboTax.

A rising student of film, Graham measures all advertising against his favorite movie scenes. So a commercial with a good car chase plays well. Better with an explosion. And funny. It should be funny. So a speeding car that explodes in an amusing way will sell product.
