Overview

The digital designer has experience designing a variety of websites, both smaller sites and landing pages as well as large-scale sites with a lot of diverse content. The designer works closely with the web development team and needs to have experience designing mobile-friendly sites and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in marketing-led creative design.
  • Experience with Sketch a must.
  • Additional experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Invision.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with WordPress content management system.
  • The ability to design websites with mobile/tablet in mind (responsive).
  • Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design.
  • Base knowledge of how interactive web elements work (e.g., Jquery, CSS3, HTML5).
  • Ability to prototype web animation and motion graphics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design the overall layout and aesthetic for client websites.
  • Meet with clients to review templates and refine based on client needs.
  • Assess and recommend improvements/redesigns for new and existing client websites.
  • Design digital advertising campaigns and effective landing pages to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Create branded social media assets for social media campaigns.
  • Concept and design traditional ads to support overall business objectives.
  • Deliver consistent quality, adhere to brand graphic standards, and help convey each brand’s unique selling proposition.
  • Manage freelancers and outside vendors as needed.
  • Actively participate in meetings with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
