Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Media Specialist who has 2-3 years of digital media experience. We are a small team, so the ideal applicant has a wide breadth of experience to handle whatever might come up and the work ethic to make sure our campaigns are running as efficiently as possible without consistent oversight. You can see the long-term vision, and you can also execute and optimize all things digital for maximum results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Regularly access tools such as web and social analytics, online brand studies, social listening and syndicated research
  • Analyze data, determine insights and develop recommendations to optimize the user experience/messaging
  • Assist with digital media strategies such as search, display, social, sponsored content and influencer outreach and be able to execute on said strategy
  • Work with our media director, digital director and other staff to ensure the digital media plan is a part of a cohesive overall strategy
  • Create ROI forecast models to support the cost for digital marketing campaigns
  • Be able to analyze data, determine insights and develop recommendations to optimize the user experience/messaging
  • Report on campaign effectiveness for key performance indicators
  • Present plans and regular reporting to clients
  • Bring new ideas and opportunities to the agency and clients
  • Manage media spend
  • Maintain open and consistent dialogue with clients and internal team on account status, digital media goals, next steps, etc.
  • Look for opportunities to maintain and grow client relationships

Responsibilities

You’ll help create comprehensive digital media strategies for our clients, covering all aspects of their digital presence including paid, earned, owned and shared touch points. Your clients may range from branding awareness, acquisition, and retention of customers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in Digital Marketing and Advertising to create and direct digital strategies that drive development of digital experiences and digital campaigns for leading brands
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once on short deadlines
  • Comfortable running client reporting meetings
  • Expert experience with setting up, running, optimizing and reporting on ad campaigns in Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Strong understanding of and experience with SEO, SEM and PPC campaign management and execution
  • Fluent in data and analytics strategies and execution – comfortable with Google Analytics (GA4), A/B Testing, Tag Manager, etc.
  • Experience in setting and achieving KPIs and performance reporting
  • Track record of developing online campaigns that extend across social, web, mobile, online advertising, search, apps, loyalty, etc.
  • Understanding of responsive web design, software and application development, Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML and CSS.
  • Healthcare, Real Estate and Recruitment campaign experience
  • Must be passionate about the latest digital industry and digital customer trends, and share knowledge within the agency and with our clients
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Understanding of all media channels and fundamentals (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, Direct Mail, etc.)
  • This job may be remote but northern Atlanta applicants are preferred
  • Experience in Google Looker is ideal
  • Experience with programmatic platforms such as Basis, Stack Adapt, etc
