An international developer of more than 100 resort properties around the world, IBEROSTAR engaged Frederick Swanston to launch the Grand Hotel Paraíso on the Riviera Maya in Mexico, the first hotel in the Grand Collection of ultra-luxurious, all-adult, all-inclusive resort properties in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.

The target customers of the Grand Hotel Paraíso have very high expectations, and the hotel delivers a level of luxury that is unparalleled. Our approach was to use spectacular imagery and clever headlines to capture that luxury in a way that prospective visitors and travel professionals could actually experience the property as if they were there.

The campaign generated a 70% occupancy level in the first year, differentiated the Grand brand from other all-adult, all-inclusive properties and raised awareness of the resort among travel professionals.
