Cresswind at Lake Lanier from Kolter Homes is an active adult community with unique amenities including a private boat dock, undisturbed green space and a world-class clubhouse. Our mission was to differentiate the development from other active adult communities, in metro Atlanta and the Southeast.

Approach

Active Adults don’t consider themselves to be old, nor do they have any interest in living in a ‘retirement community.’ Our campaign captured this attitude and accentuated the unique qualities of the community by graphically demonstrating the many activities residents can enjoy at various times throughout any given day.
