Verizon Wireless is one of the leading telecom providers in the world, and has continually evolved to meet the fast-paced, ever-evolving technology demands of its client base. In an effort to streamline communication to its employees, Verizon Wireless wanted to create a quarterly digital magazine for the South Area.
The magazine would focus on employee-driven content that would create interest and sustainable readership. Articles would focus on almost every touch point of an employee’s life, from business and family to fitness and personal development. The magazine is intended to create a diversified, well-informed group of employees that have all the tools necessary to succeed in life and the workplace while also keeping them abreast to company news and updates.
After a very successful launch in October of 2014 the magazine’s readership continues to grow. Employee submissions are up month after month and the overall bounce rate has dropped. With the unwavering support of senior leadership, content has evolved to best serve the needs of the employees while offering a unique, creative approach to each article and adding life to each spread.
